Engineers have developed goal manufacturing and production solutions that minimize injuries while maintaining flexibility, stability, strength, and durability.

The ball rebound is similar to that of any traditional goal, as tested by the Valencian Institute of Biomechanics.

REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGY

INTELLGOAL is a technologically revolutionary product, representing something completely new in the world of sports. It focuses on the safety and protection of athletes in both professional and amateur competitions (football, futsal, and handball).

INTELLGOAL is designed and manufactured by combining solid and flexible high-quality materials that significantly reduce the risk of injury during sports competitions when body or head collisions occur with the goalpost.

During the preparatory phase of the Intellgoal project, all potential production solutions were analyzed, and all necessary tests were carried out.

For the Intellgoal project, we obtained all the necessary certifications confirming that our products meet the highest standards and all requirements for manufacturing and use.

ANTI-COVID-19 TECHNOLOGY

Due to the new WHO regulations regarding COVID-19 protection, we have implemented a special antibacterial treatment in our production plant for the outer PVC layer that comes into human contact. During the production of the outer layer of the goalposts, we add a special BIOMASTER 564, an antimicrobial masterbatch developed for use in flexible PVC.

BIOMASTER 564 has been tested according to ISO 22196:2011 and has been proven to reduce the growth of bacteria and viruses by up to 99.99%. Its active ingredients comply with the following regulations:
